Since the NSA is a global passive adversary, it can perform traffic correlation attacks on Wikiless. The hosting provider of the Wikiless instance also has to be trusted not to log IPs. It could help circumvent censorship, but countries that censor Wikipedia broadly would probably censor my journal as well.
