Make invidious links fullscreen and proxied
Invidious videos should be fullscreen (embedded) to respect the user's
attention. With embedded links, users cannot see comments, related
videos, and other potentially distracting information.
Invidious videos should be proxied through Invidious so Goolag can't
track viewers by IP address.
